The Calliseum software now has an ability to create user scripts which offers a user a great flexibility to configure the system to meet all his needs. Scripts can be used both for calls handling and for other various actions. Call manager automatically compiles scripts on a fly and immediately starts using them. We decided to choose Delphi Pascal as a scripts' language due to it's simplicity and power.

The mass notification system administrator was seriously redesigned concerning creation, modification and visualization of the notification tasks. The system has become simpler and more comfortable to use.

The mass notification system continues acquiring new capabilities and improving the old ones. Among the new features one can mention tasks with individual external database connections and contacts autocreation. All internal database queries were optimized to the maximum eliminating bottlenecks. Now, even with hundreds of thousands of contacts, thousands of groups, hundreds of lines and tasks. The mass notification system does not slow down quickly picking up the subscribers to call.

All phone systems obtained a new audio library for preparing better voice files for digital boards and IP protocols. The system voice files have been converted to the WAV audio format, at the same time all the numbers, dates, money compound files were split to individual voice files, allowing them to easily edit or rerecord.

New features introduced in the mass notification system for its users - now the system not only can send task reports by email, but also can send SMS or make a call about finished tasks. Also many obsolete features such as notification by pager, combined phones, audio format selection were removed.
