Now ArtiFAX Networking Gate can read and send email messages via standard POP3/SMTP protocols continuing Windows MAPI support. This allows to use two independent to each other schemes of email handling that improved the system reliability.

Automatic internal database 'back-up' and 'restore' features are utilized by all applications based on Artix Calliseum call-processing platform. As the result an uncontrolable database size growth has been supressed.

A new version 4.0 of mass notification system has been released. New version has a strongly optimized algorith of database work, which improved the speed of InterBase processing in several times. Since theInterBase processing becomes significantly fast and reliable the internal Paradox database has been removed. Moreover, the new version runs on the top of new fast and unified software engine supporting multiple hardware platforms: Dialogic, Brooktrout, Eicon, Pika. Call Manager module has got a new nicely looking and more informative GUI.

Some new improvements are made in mass notification system Artix BroadsWord 4.0. The process of import clients and saving tasks are accelerated by 20 times and take about 10 seconds. Also the clients can now use the possibility of transferring call to operators.

Artix Calliseum platform is issued under the new version 3.0. The differences are fundamental - there were changed database engine and telephony boards' engine. As a result of these changes reliability and speed are extremely improved. There are also a lot of minor changes that can help customers easily start using the system.

Mass notification system v.4.2 has got additional database fields of phones, faxes and numbers. Working with alternative phones has been corrected and improved.

Several memory leaks in email processing have been found during a long term hard test of Calliseum v.3.1.1 voice platform, some bugs have been fixed. We have also significantly optimized the system log-file browser for fast working with huge size files.
