Artix BroadsWord 1.0 - a new Mass Notifier version is released. Now one can easily configure telephony boards or lines and obtain statistics and reports.

A new call processing Autoinformer module was added to the voice messaging system Artix BroadsWord Mass Notifier. The Autoinformer module solves the inverse problem - it processes incoming calls. Now the system subscribers have the ability to know their balances in the company provider by phone.

Artix Line became a Business Partner of Omtool and had the right to resell Omtool's Fax for MS Windows NT.
