The first commercial release of a new universal integrated voice and fax processing platform Artix Calliseum 1.0. This platform supports both analog and digital telephone interfaces and allows to run multiple call-processing units or so-called "voice prompts". Each voice prompt realized as a separate DLL, which can handle one or more telephone lines. Default voice prompt is the corporate Voice & Fax Mail.

Artix Line started to develop the Voice Message Delivery through Internet on the base of Artix BroadsWord and existing email server. The system will receive the customers orders to deliver a voice message through Internet at any point round the world and to send it by phone to the message recipient.

Release of a new Calliseum utility that allows to import data automatically. Now the system administrator can once select the data source and the system will automatically import data in specified time periods.

The company started working under the contract with Murmansk Mobile Net on integration of the Artix Calliseum 1.0 corporate platform with local Billing system.

The first release of a new Artix Calliseum add-on: Interactive Televoting that supports the viewing results on the Internet by any Web browser that can run ActiveX controls.

Artix InterCall beta version is released. Artix InterCall is a new hi-tech tool based on the Artix Calliseum platform, which is to provide audio conferencing for up to 1024 conferees depending on the hardware installed on PC.

A new useful feature was added to Voice&Fax Mail: notification by phone. Now the system can make outbound calls to the users on a new message arrival.

The new prompt ScratchCard for cellular companies was added into the telephony platform Calliseum. This prompt with an additional utility allows customers of the cellular company to make payments through telephony cards by phone.

Artix Line started adaptation of its products for ISDN BRI protocol.

Artix Line signed a contract for delivery of fax server ISDN PRI. This is the first delivery of the digital fax board (for Siemens).

The adaptation for ISDN BRI of the telephony systems is finished. Now all products support the whole line of Dialogic boards (both loop start and digital).

Artix Line took part in the conference devoted to the problems of computer telephony in Russia.

Artix Line added new capabilities into the audio conferencing InterCall. Now the participants of the audio conference can vote by the phones during the conference.
