The new version 3.1 of Artix BroadsWord is issued. New functionality was added to the import of the recipients and task management from the phone.

A new feature was added into voice mail system Artix VMail - PBX integration. Administrator is able to configure tone combinations for determination of calling party, called party, for switching on/off system phone indication and black-list.

Artix Line is negotiating with Eicon Networks on the subject of distributing their boards. Earlier they have been known as manufacturers of ISDN BRI boards, but now they offer Diva boards for any type of telephony interface (analogue, ISDN PRI, BRI).

The new version 2.3 of audio conference Intercall is issued. The main added new feature is networking (client-server) architecture which allows controlling the conference not only from server PC, but from any workstation.

New types of call routing were added to the fax server ArtiFax. Now fax and voice messages can be routed not only by DTMF but Caller ID, ANI, DNIS/DID and Fax ID/CSID. These routes can be added automatically, e.g. if during the first call a caller put a message to the specific fax mailbox then next time system will not ask him where to put another message, directly connecting him to the proper mailbox.
