New capability of changing the layout of panels. For fax messages, audio conferences and active / completed tasks of the mass notification system, panels arrangement can be switched from horizontal to vertical and back.

MS Office add-in for sending faxes. MS Office add-in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) can now be added to send faxes from the backstage panel for any Office since 2010, both 32- and 64-bits edition.

Changes in fax send client window. Fax send window has been changed to reflect MS Office add-in panel view.

Changes in incoming call routes. Incoming call routes can now be used in audioconferencing and notification system.

Audio conferencing without an operator and fixed participants. Audio conferences may no longer have fixed participants and a fixed operator.

Changing Firebird password is now available as before.

Voice recognition has been added to the system on the base of Sphinx library. Currently it is used to recognize the caller's responses in the notification system and the textual representation of the recorded audio conference.
